Pick-Up Media Notice

 

Please make sure to pick up your media within 14 days of when you have been notified of completion, after 14 days there will be a $5 per week storage fee for your media unless arrangements have been made with Kasper Media Transfers ahead of time.

 

Copyright Notice

 

The content of the media submitted must be original work that is not subject to copyright laws. The transfer of such media is illegal, and Kasper Media Transfers will not engage in copyright infringement. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Liability Notice

 

The submission of any media or other property for the handling or processing by Kasper Media Transfers constitutes an agreement that if such media or other property is damaged, lost, or mishandled by us, liability will be limited to replacement or equivalent amount of media or other property and the processing thereof. This is to be the only remedy to damaged, lost, or mishandled media or other property. Recovery from incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded.
